As an ongoing effort to improve the quality of coaches in the club, the sailors will begin an annual evaluation of coaches by players and parents. The purpose is to ensure we have a good match between coaches (style of coaching, personality, qualifications & experience) and the players and parents. It is very important that we continue to improve the quality of coaches at the club to ensure that we get the best available for the kids. All information will be confidential.
