During the remaining few weeks of Sailor rec and select soccer, evaluation forms will be distributed to all of the Sailor soccer families. Please take a moment and complete the questionnaire regarding your child/ren's coach performance. Keep in mind that your coach is a parent volunteer and has stepped up to the challenge of teaching your kids the fundamentals of youth soccer. Also, keep in mind that your child/ren's coach is either coaching a rec team or a select team.

The coach evaluation is meant to be a teaching tool. If the coach has an area of some weakness, the board, as well as the coaching director, needs to know this so that the coach can get some further direction. On the other hand, if the coach seems to be stellar in teaching soccer to your kids, then he/she should be acknowledged accordingly.
